摘  要:为研究主流道与支流道间夹角对雪花形流道输出性能的影响,采用计算流体力学(CFD)软件COMSOL Multiphysics对6种不同设计方案进行了仿真分析。其中,夹角参数作为唯一变量在40°~90°范围内以10°为步长逐渐减小。结果表明,随着夹角不断减小,电池输出功率以及流道内氧浓度分布均匀性均有明显提高,同时除水性能增强。在所有设计方案中,夹角为40°的雪花形流道综合效果最佳。In order to study the influence of the Angle between the main channel and the tributary channel on the output performance of snowflake channel,the CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)software COMSOL Multiphysics was used to simulate and analyze six different design types.Among them,the included Angle parameter,as the only variable,gradually decreased with a step length of 10°in the range of 40°~90°.The results show that with the decrease of the included angle,the power output of the battery and the distribution uniformity of oxygen concentration in the flow channel are improved obviously,and the water removal performance is enhanced.Among all the design types,the snowflake shaped channel with an included angle of 40°has the best comprehensive effect.
