摘  要:提出一种具有电流环和电压环双环电路结构的低压差线性稳压器(LDO)。使用两个线性P沟道金属氧化物半导体(PMOS)管进行快速电流和电压调节,通过动态反馈环路、频率补偿电路、内置电容的设计使LDO具有随负载变化输出稳定、快速瞬态响应、高电源抑制比、过冲抑制、高集成度、小尺寸、低成本等优点。采用国内0.18μm标准工艺实现电路版图设计。仿真结果表明,该LDO具有低的线性调整率和低的负载调整率,比普通LDO的线性调整率和负载调整率分别降低了10%和16.7%。A low-voltage differential linear regulator(LDO)with a dual-loop circuit structure of current and voltage loops was proposed.Fast current and voltage regulation using two linear P-channel metal oxide semiconductor(PMOS)transistors.The design of dynamic feedback loop,frequency compensation circuit and built-in capacitor made the LDO have the advantages of stable output with load changing,fast transient response,high power supply rejection ratio,overshoot rejection,high integration,small size and low cost.The circuit layout design was realized using the domestic 0.18μmstandard process.Simulation results show that the LDO has a low linear regulation and a low load regulation,which is 10%and 12.8%lower than the linear regulation and the load regulation of ordinary LDOs,respectively.
