摘 要:本文以环境检测化学需氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)测定方法影响因素为研究对象,通过分析传统方法和新型方法,探讨影响水中化学需氧量检测精确度的因素,并提出了提高检测精确度的对策。本文还探索了新型的COD测定方法,以期提高检测精确度。新型方法包括电化学法、光谱法和生物传感器等,这些方法在COD测定中具有更高的准确性和灵敏度。但值得注意的是,这些新方法仍需进一步研究和实践来验证其适用性和稳定性。影响水中COD测定方法的因素涉及样品前处理、测定方法选择和操作技术等方面。只有综合考虑这些因素,并采取相应对策,才能提高COD测定结果的精确度,并为环境监测提供可靠的数据支持。In this paper,the influencing factors of the determination method of chemical oxygen demand(COD)in environmental detection are taken as the research object.Through analyzing traditional methods and novel methods,it discusses the factors affecting the accuracy of COD detection in water and puts forward strategies for improving detection accuracy.This paper also explores novel COD determination methods in order to improve detection accuracy.Novel methods include electrochemical methods,spectroscopic methods and biosensor methods,which have higher accuracy and sensitivity in COD determination.However,it is worth noting that these new methods still need further research and practice to verify their applicability and stability.The factors affecting COD determination methods in water include sample pretreatment,determination method selection and operation techniques.Only by comprehensively considering these factors and taking corresponding measures can the accuracy of COD measurement results be improved to provide reliable data support for environmental monitoring.
