摘 要:目的:了解居家老年人对健康科普渠道和内容的需求现状,综合考察个体和家庭两类因素对其健康科普需求的影响,为深入开展健康科普工作提供参考依据。方法:采用多阶段分层抽样法抽取西安市十三个区县的1630名老年人进行问卷调查,采用描述性统计分析老年人的健康科普需求,并采用多组独立样本秩和检验和多元有序Logistic回归分析影响老年人健康科普需求的因素。结果:最受老年人欢迎的健康科普渠道前三是电视广播、科普讲座和亲朋好友,最受老年人关注的健康科普内容前三是疾病防治、营养饮食和科学运动。多元有序Logistic回归结果显示,学历、自评健康状况、退休前职业、医学家庭背景、居住安排是健康科普渠道需求的影响因素;学历、自评健康状况、退休前职业、医学家庭背景是健康科普内容需求的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:居家老年人的健康科普需求旺盛,倾向于从多元渠道获取疾病防治相关科普内容,可通过拓宽健康科普渠道、细分受众等方式精准化满足其健康科普需求。Objective To understand the demand of homebound older adults for the channels and contents of health science pop-ularization and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for further development of health science popularization.Methods 1630 elderly people were selected from 13 districts and counties in Xi'an by multi-stage stratified sampling method and conducted a questionnaire survey.Descriptive statistics method was used to analyze the needs of the elderly for health science popularization,and rank sum test of multiple independent samples and multivariate ordered Logistic regression were used for factor analysis.Results The top three popular health science channels for the elderly were TV broadcasting,popular science lectures and relatives and friends,and the top three concerned health science content were disease prevention,nutritious diet and scientific exercise.The results of multivari-ate ordered Logistic regression showed that education background,self-rated health status,pre-retirement occupation,medical fami-ly background and living arrangement were the influencing factors to health science popularization channel demand,and education background,self-rated health status,pre-retirement occupation and medical family background were the influencing factors to the demand for health science content(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a strong demand for health science popularization among the homebound older adults,who tend to obtain the contents of disease prevention and treatment from multiple channels,which can be ac-curately met by broadening the channels of health science popularization and subdividing the audience.
