农户扩大规模提高了蚕桑生产效率吗?

摘　　要：文中基于2016—2017年我国14个蚕桑生产省份1847份蚕农调查问卷,利用Bootstrap-DEA模型,测算农户蚕桑生产效率,将其分解为纯技术效率和规模效率,并构建分位数回归模型,探究农户生产规模对蚕桑生产效率的影响。结果表明,2016—2017年我国东、中、西部地区两年平均生产效率分别为0.853、0.880、0.888,对于全国范围以及中部、东部地区而言,农户桑园面积扩大和养蚕数量增加均能促进蚕桑生产效率的提升,但这种促进作用随着生产效率的提升先强后弱;对于西部地区,农户桑园面积扩大与蚕桑生产效率呈倒U型关系,即随着生产效率的提升,桑园面积扩大会先促进生产效率的提升后抑制生产效率的提升,而养蚕数量增加对生产效率的促进作用逐渐减弱。最后,根据研究结论给出了蚕桑适度规模经营等政策建议。Based on 1847 sericulture questionnaires from 14 Sericultural production provinces in China from 2016 to 2017,this paper made use of Bootstrap⁃DEA model to calculate the Sericultural production efficiency of 14 provinces in China,decomposed it into pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency,and then constructed quantile regression model to explore the impact of farmer’s production scale on sericultural production efficiency.The results showed that the aver⁃age production efficiency of the eastern,central and western regions in 2016—2017 was 0.853,0.880 and 0.888,re⁃spectively.For the whole country and the central and eastern regions,the expansion of mulberry fields and the increase of raised silkworms are both conducive to the improvement of sericultural production efficiency,but with the improvement of production efficiency,the promotion effect decreased after increasing to a certain degree.For the western region,the relationship between the expansion of mulberry fields and the improvement of sericultural production efficiency was in an inverted U shape,that is,with the improvement of production efficiency,the expansion of mulberry fields would first pro⁃mote the improvement of production efficiency and then inhibit it,while the promotion effect of silkworm increase gradually weakened.Finally,some policy recommendations were provided on moderate scale management of sericulture according to the research results.
