摘 要:提高连铸速度是实现高效生产的有效措施之一。为了进一步提高产量降低生产成本,针对薄板坯含铝低碳钢,从中间包寿命提升、保护渣性能优化和冷却强度提高等三个方面着手,通过应用耐侵蚀的浸入式水口,提高保护渣的润滑能力与增大扇形段喷嘴流量三种方式对生产工艺进行优化。结果表明,整体优化后,薄板坯含铝低碳钢的拉速显著提升,提升幅度达到30%,且铸坯质量稳定,为高效连铸奠定了坚实的基础。Increasing the continuous casting speed is one of the most effective measures to achieve high-efficiency production.In order to further increase production and reduce costs,this article considers three aspects from tundish life improvement,the mold slag performance optimization to the cooling strength improvement for thin slab low carbon aluminum steels.The production process is optimized by using corrosion resistant immersion nozzles,improving the lubrication capacity of mold powder and increasing the flow rate of the fan nozzle.After the overall optimization,the results show that the drawing speed of the thin slab low carbon aluminum steel is significantly increased,with an increase of 30%,and the quality of the cast slab is stable,laying a solid foundation for efficient continuous casting.
