摘  要:聚焦炼钢厂数字化需求,根据冶金学基本原理,结合钢种特点,并汇集操作诀窍,开发了新型RH精炼炉智能控制模型,并在工业大生产中成功应用。模型功能包括:脱碳模型、温度模型、合金模型等全套功能模型。结果表明,新开发的模型智能化程度高,适用钢种范围广,功能强大,安全高效可靠,稳定实现了IF钢、无取向硅钢、取向硅钢、管线钢、电池壳钢、工业纯铁等所有钢种的全覆盖,模型投用率高达99%以上。Focusing on the digital needs of the steelmaking plant,according to the basic principles of metallurgy,combined with the characteristics of steel grades,and gathered operating know-how,a new type of RH refining furnace intelligent control model was developed and successfully applied in industrial production.The model functions include:decarbonization model,temperature model,alloy model and other full set of functional models.The results show that the newly developed model has a high degree of intelligence,a wide range of applicable steel types,powerful functions,safety,efficiency,and reliability.It stably achieves comprehensive coverage of all steel types such as IF steel,non oriented silicon steel,oriented silicon steel,pipeline steel,battery shell steel,industrial pure iron,etc.The model has a utilization rate of over 99%.
