摘 要:以大型柱支承式钢筒仓为研究对象,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件建立模型。不同于一般的储料荷载的加载,直接建立了储料的参数化有限元模型,再利用我国规范对风荷载进行计算,研究空仓时在风荷载下钢筒仓应力应变情况。然后通过研究风荷载+空仓、轴对称储料荷载+满仓两种工况,分析得出在钢筒仓最大应力处满足刚度强度要求,在许用应力范围之内。A large column-supported steel silo is taken as the research object and modelled using ANSYS finite element analysis software.Different from the general loading of storage load,the parametric finite element model of aggregate is established directly,and then the wind load is calculated by using our specification to study the stress-strain situation of the steel silo under wind load when the silo is empty.Then by studying the two working conditions of wind load+empty silo,axisymmetric storage load+full silo,the analysis concludes that the stiffness-strength requirements are met at the maximum stress of the steel silo,which is within the permissible stress range.
