带式输送机盘式制动器的稳定及热变形安全性分析

摘　　要：针对盘式制动器的热变形作用,采用有限元模拟的形式对不同的制动压力及制动速度的变化作用进行分析,从而选取合理的工艺参数,减少制动器的热变形,保证带式输送机的安全稳定使用。Aiming at the role of thermal deformation of disc brake,finite element simulation is used to analyse the role of different braking pressures and changes in braking speed,so as to select reasonable process parameters to reduce the thermal deformation of the brake and ensure the stable and safe use of belt conveyor.
