摘 要:大采高液压支架是进行厚煤层大采高综采中的支护设备,采高的增加对支架的承载性能要求随之增加。采用有限元模拟仿真的形式对液压支架在偏心载荷作用下的承载性能进行分析。结果表明,液压支架的整体应力最大值出现在直接承载的顶梁上,其最大应力小于材料的屈服应力,满足系统的承载要求;液压支架底座以最大应力计算,其安全系数达2.4,可对液压支架的底座进行一定的结构优化,以减少生产成本。The large mining height hydraulic support is the support equipment in large mining of thick coal seams,and the increase of mining height increases the load-bearing performance requirements of the support.Finite element simulation is used to analyse the bearing performance of the hydraulic support under eccentric load,and the results show that the maximum value of the overall stress of the hydraulic support appears on the top beam of the direct bearing,and the maximum stress is less than the yield stress of the material,which meets the system's bearing requirements;the base of the hydraulic support is calculated by the maximum stress with a safety factor of 2.4,which can be used to carry out certain structural optimization of the base of the hydraulic support and reduce the production cost.The base of the hydraulic support has a safety factor of 2.4 based on the maximum stress.
