摘  要:电控柜在井下复杂及封闭的环境中使用时会产生大量的热量,造成电控柜内部温度的升高,影响电控柜的使用。针对电控柜的温升进行两种不同的散热结构的设计,并对其散热效果进行模拟仿真。结果表明,两种结构的散热效果均能满足系统的运行需求,同时结构B可以降低系统的故障率,首选B结构作为电控柜的散热结构。Electronic control cabinets generate a lot of heat when they are used in complex and closed environments underground,causing the internal temperature of the cabinets to rise and affecting the use of the cabinets.Two different heat dissipation structures are designed for the temperature rise of the electric control cabinet,and their heat dissipation effects are simulated.The results show that the cooling effect of the two structures can meet the operational requirements of the system,while structure B can reduce the failure rate of the system,and structure B is preferred as the cooling structure of the electronic control cabinet.
