基于PDCA循环的装备综合保障全寿命周期管理研究

摘　　要：针对面向装备全寿命周期的综合保障时间跨度长、涉及要素多等带来的管理问题,提出了基于PDCA循环的装备综合保障管理方法,并对基于PDCA循环的装备全寿命周期管理过程进行了研究,系统分析了基于PDCA循环的装备全寿命周期管理特点。研究结果表明,基于PDCA循环的管理方法,可实现对装备综合保障的有效控制以及装备质量的迭代提升。Aiming at the management problems brought by the long time span and many elements involved in the equipment life cycle oriented comprehensive safeguard,the PDCA cycle based equipment comprehensive safeguard management method is proposed,and the PDCA cycle based equipment life cycle management process is studied,and the characteristics of PDCA cycle based equipment life cycle management are systematically analysed.The research results show that the management method based on PDCA cycle can realise the effective control of equipment comprehensive guarantee and the iterative improvement of equipment quality.
