摘 要:提出了一种滚筒采煤机行走部传动系统浮动式轴承防尘油封设计和计算方法,通过对采煤机行走部传动轴承脂润滑的需求和结构分析,利用O形密封圈的弹性变形能力和轴承注脂时的内外压力差原理,设计了基于注脂压力条件下轴承内外的浮动式密封结构,实现了工作密封与注脂排废脂非密封的条件分离,并通过流体力学原理,研究分析了缝隙流对排废脂的影响,推导出了实现设计目的所需的结构尺寸计算方法,以及基于压缩率的O形密封圈截面选型计算方法,具有极强的工程指导价值。A design and calculation method of floating bearing dust—proof oil seal for driving system of traveling part of drum shearer is provided.Through the analysis of the demand and structure of grease lubrication for driving bearing of traveling part of shearer,using the elastic deformation capacity of O—ring and the principle of internal and external pressure difference during bearing grease injection,the floating seal structure inside and outside the bearing under the condition of grease injection pressure is designed,which realizes the separation of working seal from the unsealed condition of grease injection and waste grease,Based on the principle of fluid mechanics,the influence of crevice flow on waste grease discharge is studied and analyzed,and the calculation method of structure size required to achieve the design purpose is derived,as well as the calculation method of O—ring section selection based on compression ratio,which has strong engineering guidance value.
