摘　　要：基于综采工作面双链刮板输送机在运输过程中出现松链现象,采用传统人工紧链或液压紧链时,劳动作业强度大、精度低且紧链设备损坏严重,起不到预期紧链效果,不仅增加了刮板输送机故障率,还严重制约着综采工作面安全高效运输的问题,龙顶山煤矿通过技术研究,采用了一套对刮板具有清扫功能的紧链装置,分析了该装置结构、工作原理,并在9101工作面中应用。通过实际应用效果来看,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the phenomenon of loose chain of double chain scraper conveyor in the transportation process of comprehensive mining face,when traditional artificial chain tightening or hydraulic chain tightening is used,the labour intensity is high,the precision is low and the damage of chain tightening equipment is serious,which can't achieve the expected effect of chain tightening,and it not only increases the failure rate of the scraper conveyor,but also seriously restricts the safe and efficient transportation of the comprehensive mining face,Longdingshan Coal Mine,through the technological research,adopts a set of chain tightening device with cleaning function to the scraper.Through technical research,Longdingshan Coal Mine adopts a set of chain tightening device with cleaning function for scraper,analyses the structure and working principle of the device,and applies it in 9101 working face,and achieves remarkable application results through the actual application effect.
