摘  要:针对某汽车发动机支架零件的压铸成形过程,应用Magma铸造模拟软件分析铸件缺陷分布和铝液流动的关系,进而改进铸件的浇注系统、排气系统和冷却系统。采用Magma软件进行数值模拟,依据铸件产生的卷气和粒子追踪分析缺陷原因。结果表明,采用改进后的工艺,铸件产生的卷气和缩孔缺陷最少。采用优化参数进行试生产,获得了合格的产品。For the die-casting forming process of an automobile engine bracket part,Magma software is applied to analyse the relationship between the defect distribution of the casting and the flow of aluminium liquid,and then improve the casting system,exhaust system and cooling system.Numerical simulation was carried out using Magma software to analyse the cause of defects by analysing the rolled gas and particle tracking produced by the casting.The results show that with the improved process,the castings produce the least amount of air rolls and shrinkage defects.Trial production was carried out using the optimised parameters and qualified products were obtained.
