摘　　要：北方铜业铜矿峪矿选矿厂碎矿二段LF2460D直线型振动筛在使用过程中频繁出现轴承损坏、密封漏油、弹簧损坏和筛箱开裂的情况,故障的频发严重影响正常的生产组织。基于此,针对LF2460D直线型振动筛传动系统中存在的问题,通过设计计算,将该振动筛改造为圆振动筛,改造实施后取得良好效果。The LF2460D linear vibrating screen in the second section of the ore processing plant of Northern Copper Copper Mine frequently suffers from bearing damage,oil leakage of seals,spring damage and cracking of screen box in the process of using,and the frequent occurrence of faults seriously affects the normal production organisation.Based on this,for the LF2460D linear vibrating screen transmission system problems,through the design and calculation,the vibrating screen will be transformed into a circular vibrating screen,and the transformation has achieved good results after implementation.
