摘 要:为提升压滤机在选煤厂分选工艺中的稳定性和可靠性,在对压滤机滤板结构、工作原理分析的基础上,对压滤机在非平衡滤室压力和平衡滤室压力两种工况下滤板的受力情况进行分析确定仿真边界条件,对两种工况下滤板的应力情况进行仿真分析。根据仿真结果提出了滤板进料口应力集中现象的优化措施和轻量化设计的具体方案,并验证优化后滤板的结构仍可满足实际生产的需求。In order to improve the stability and reliability of the filter press in the coal separation process,based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the filter press and the filter plate,the force of the filter plate in the unbalanced chamber pressure and balanced chamber pressure is analysed to determine the simulation boundary conditions,and the stress of the filter plate in the two working conditions is analysed in the simulation;the optimization measures and the lightweight design of the stress concentration phenomenon of the filter plate in the inlet are put forward based on the results;the optimization measures and the lightweight design are verified and the optimized filter plate is optimized to ensure the stability and reliability in the process.Based on the simulation results,the optimisation measures of the concentrated phenomenon of the filter plate and the specific scheme of lightweight design are proposed,and it is verified that the structure of the optimised filter plate can still meet the requirements of actual production.
