摘 要:为进一步提升通风机的工作效率和性能,提升煤矿综采工作面通风系统的性能,进而保证综采工作面生产的安全性,以离心式通风机为研究对象,通过试验和数值模拟仿真方式对其所存在的问题进行充分摸底分析的基础上,提出重点对蜗壳和叶轮部件进行优化,并提出优化设计的方案;对优化后离心式通风机的效率和全压进行测试,得出达到优化效果的目的。In order to further improve the working efficiency and performance of the ventilator,to improve the performance of the ventilation system of the coal mine working face,and then to ensure the safety of the production of the working face of the comprehensive mining.Taking centrifugal fan ventilator as an example,on the basis of fully mapping and analysing the existing problems by means of test and numerical simulation,it is proposed to focus on the optimization of the worm shell and impeller components and put forward the optimization design scheme;the efficiency and full pressure of the centrifugal fan ventilator after the optimization are tested,and it is concluded to achieve the optimization effect.
