摘  要:基于掘进机在运行过程中回转台机构容易出现失效问题,通过研究ZBZ160型号掘进机回转台机构组成特点,并结合ABAQUS仿真软件对其运行过程中的结构特征进行分析发现,在回转台前部和液压油缸连接部位也就是绞耳处最容易出现应力集中现象,而且位移变形量最大,回转台结构容易在运行中出现失效故障。因此从结构及选材上对绞耳进行了优化设计,增强其强度及安全性能。Based on the roadheader in the operation of the rotary table mechanism is prone to failure problems,through the study of ZBZ160 model roadheader rotary table mechanism characteristics,and combined with the ABAQUS simulation software to analyse the structural characteristics of its operation process found that in the front of the rotary table and the hydraulic cylinder connection part is also the stranded lugs are most likely to stress concentration phenomenon,and the largest displacement deformation,the rotary table structure is prone to failure and failure during operation,the rotary table structure is prone to failure.The rotary table structure is prone to failure in operation.Therefore,the design of the lugs is optimised in terms of structure and material selection to enhance its strength and safety performance.
