摘　　要：通过对胶带输送机长距离输送过程中的多电机驱动方式下胶带跑偏、打滑故障原因进行分析,提出了基于PID模糊控制技术下对胶带输送机的智能化调速系统。其可以实现在驱动电机变频器转矩出现偏差情况下进行自适应调节,确保了胶带输送机运行过程的安全可靠。By analysing the causes of tape deflection and slipping faults in the long-distance conveyance process of the belt conveyor with multi-motor drive,an intelligent speed regulation system for the belt conveyor based on PID fuzzy control technology is proposed,which can realize adaptive regulation in case of deviation of the torque of the drive motor frequency converter and ensure the safety and reliability of the operation process of the belt conveyor.
