摘 要:针对21103综采工作面刮板输送机运行时存在能耗高、磨损严重等问题,提出模糊控制及BP网络的智能控制系统。该系统通过负载与速度自适应调节实现智能控制,不仅可满足采面原煤运输需求,而且能明显降低运行能耗及磨损程度。对智能控制系统总体结构、智能调速原理、硬件结构组成以及调速程序运行流程等进行详细阐述。在21103综采工作面现场应用后,该刮板输送机智能控制系统运行平稳,节能效果良好较应用前降低约14.7%。Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and serious wear and tear in the operation of scraper conveyor of 21103 comprehensive mining face,an intelligent control system based on fuzzy control and BP network has been developed,which realises the intelligent control through the adaptive adjustment of load and speed,which not only meets the demand of raw coal transport in the face but also reduces the energy consumption and wear and tear significantly.The overall structure of the intelligent control system,the principle of intelligent speed regulation,the composition of the hardware structure and the operation process of the speed regulation programme are described in detail.After being applied in the field of 21103 comprehensive mining face,the intelligent control system of scraper conveyor operates smoothly,and the electric energy effect is about 14.7%lower than that before application.
