摘　　要：为了提高矿用大功率带式输送机使用寿命,优化输送机开启方式,长春兴煤矿对盘区DTL型大功率带式输送机安装了一套阀控充液式调速型液力偶合器,对其结构、原理以及实际操控进行分析,通过实际应用效果来看,安装液力耦合器后能有效平衡多机驱动时的功率,具有保护、抗振等功能,取得显著应用成效。In order to improve the service life of mining high-power belt conveyor and optimize the opening mode of conveyor,Changchunxing Coal Mine installed a set of valve-controlled liquid-filled speed-regulating hydraulic coupler for DTL-type high-power belt conveyor in the pan area,and analysed its structure,principle and actual operation.It has the functions of protection,anti-vibration and so on,and has achieved remarkable application results.
