摘　　要：针对刮板输送机在推溜移架作业中易出现溜子不平直,影响运输效率的问题,根据刮板输送机的基本构造和工作机理,指出由于安装的原因,容易导致刮板输送机的中间槽口移动而引起偏差,分析了造成刮板输送机出现连接误差的主要因素,探讨了造成刮板输送机溜子推移不成直线的因素,提出了刮板输送机实时调直自控系统通过分析建模与进行模拟实验,得出应用该系统可动态控制自动调直刮板输送机,保障了刮板输送机的安全高效运行。Aiming at the problem that the scraper conveyor is prone to skid not being straight and affecting the transport efficiency in the operation of pushing and moving frame,according to the basic structure and working mechanism of scraper conveyor,it is pointed out that due to the installation,it is easy to lead to the movement of the intermediate groove of the scraper conveyor and cause the deviation,and it is analysed that the main factors causing the connecting error of the scraper conveyor are analyzed,and the factors that caused the skid of the scraper conveyor to push and move are not straight are discussed.It is concluded that the application of the system can be dynamically controlled by the automatic straightening of scraper conveyor,to ensure that the safe and efficient operation of the scraper conveyor.
