综采工作面冒漏区控制技术

摘　　要：基于掌石沟煤矿15102工作面回采期间,工作面中部出现冒漏现象,导致工作面支架移架困难,工作面回采速度慢且回采安全系数低等问题,根据实际生产情况,对冒漏区施工人工假顶支护。通过实际应用效果来看,冒漏区施工人工假顶后控制了冒漏区范围扩大,防止了冒漏区瓦斯积聚现象,保证了支架在冒漏区范围内工作阻力及初撑力,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the problems that during the mining of 15102 working face in Zhaoshigou coal mine,there is a leakage phenomenon in the middle of the working face,which leads to the difficulty of moving the working face bracket,slow mining speed and low safety factor of the working face,according to the actual production situation,we have constructed the artificial false top support for the leakage area.According to the actual production,the construction of artificial false top support for the risky leakage area can control the expansion of the risky fall area,prevent the phenomenon of gas accumulation in the risky leakage area,and ensure the working resistance and initial bracing force of the stent in the risky leakage area,which has achieved remarkable application results.
