大断面硬岩巷快速掘进技术研究

摘　　要：针对大断面硬岩巷较硬不易掘进,存在掘进速度偏低、掘进成本偏高的问题,以潞安化工集团某矿6号煤回风下山硬岩巷为研究对象,分析了采用传统钻爆法掘进现存的问题,提出了可利用EBZ-260型综掘机进行岩巷快速掘进的掘进策略。经实际应用发现,应用该综掘机后,该巷道最高日进尺可高大8 m,平均月进尺高于150 m,掘进速度是炮掘速度的2倍左右,同时工人劳动强度更低,劳动安全性更高,经济效益与社会效益显著,可为类似工况下的硬岩巷快速掘进提供参考。Aiming at the problem of hard rock tunnel with large section,which is hard and difficult to dig,and the problems of low digging speed and high digging cost,Lu'an Chemical Group took the hard rock tunnel digging project of No.6 coal downhill as an example,and analysed the existing problems of the traditional drilling and blasting method of digging,and put forward a digging strategy of fast rock tunnel digging with EBZ-260 type synthesizer,which was found to have a maximum daily advance of 8 m,and average advance of 8 m.The practical application shows that the highest daily advance can be 8 m higher than the average advance of the synthesizer.After practical application,it is found that after applying the synthesizer,the highest daily footage can be as high as 8 m,the average monthly footage is higher than 150 m,and the digging speed is about two times of the speed of gun-digging,meanwhile,the labour intensity of the workers is lower,the labour safety is higher,the economic and social benefits are remarkable,and it can be used as a reference for the rapid digging of the hard rocky alley in the similar working condition.
