摘 要:以某矿为研究对象,带式输送机易在多方面因素影响下出现撒煤现象,不利于提高运输作业的效率和运输机的使用寿命,需要考虑浮煤堆积对输送机运输的影响,做好浮煤清理装置的研究。基于此,概述了浮煤清理装置运行原理,详细分析了浮煤清理装置的结构设计,最后进行试用效果讨论,以期提高矿采效率。Taking the coal transport operation of a mine as a reference,the belt conveyor is prone to coal scattering phenomenon under the influence of various factors,which is not conducive to improving the efficiency of transport operation and the service life of the conveyor,and it is necessary to do a good job in the research of floating coal cleaning device with reference to the influence of floating coal accumulation on the conveyor transport.Based on this,outlines the floating coal cleaning device operation principle,analyses the structure design of floating coal cleaning device in detail,and finally discusses the trial effect to meet the development needs of mining enterprises.
