摘　　要：目的:研究敌意对四川省2家戒毒所强制戒毒人员抑郁症状的影响,并探究生命意义感是否具有中介作用,为缓解戒毒人员的抑郁症状,改善其心理健康质量提供参考。方法:采用敌意量表、贝克抑郁量表、生命意义感量表对四川省2家戒毒所共601名戒毒人员进行调查。结果:男性戒毒人员的敌意、抑郁症状得分均高于女性,而生命意义感得分低于女性,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。敌意的5个维度均与抑郁症状有显著正向相关关系(P<0.01)。生命意义感在敌意和抑郁症状之间起到部分中介作用,敌意既可以直接影响抑郁症状(b=0.423,Z=5.354,P<0.001),也可以通过生命意义感间接影响抑郁症状(b=0.075,Z=3.947,P<0.001),间接效应占总效应15.1%。结论:敌意能加重戒毒人员抑郁症状,且生命意义感在敌意和抑郁症状间起部分中介作用。Objective:To examine the effects of hostility on depression symptoms among mandatory drug rehabilitation participants in two drug rehabilitation centers in Sichuan province and explore whether a sense of life meaning mediates this relationship,so as to provide insights for alleviating depression symptoms and improving the psychological well-being of drug rehabilitation participants.Methods:A survey was conducted among 601 drug rehabilitation participants using the Hostility Scale,Beck depression inventory,and meaning in life questionnaire in the two drug rehabilitation centers in Sichuan province.Results:Male drug rehabilitation participants exhibited higher levels of hostility and depression scores compared to females,while their sense of life meaning scores were lower than those of females,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).All five dimensions of hostility were positively correlated with depression(P<0.01).Sense of life meaning partially mediated the relationship between hostility and depression.Hostility had both a direct impact on depression symptoms(b=0.423,Z=5.354,P<0.001)and an indirect impact through sense of life meaning(b=0.075,Z=3.947,P<0.001),with the indirect effect accounting for 15.1%of the total effect.Conclusion:Hostility exacerbates depression symptoms among drug rehabilitation participants,and sense of life meaning partially mediates the relationship between hostility and depression.
