摘　　要：瘘管是2个上皮之间的任何异常连通,经久难愈,是慢性炎症持续存在的一种特殊表现。其内口处异物的不断刺激,是造成慢性炎症长期存在的主要原因。了解瘘管中成纤维细胞的生物学特点,能够为临床上缩短瘘管愈合时间、减少慢性炎症持续时间提供新思路。本文以肛瘘为例,综述瘘管与慢性炎症的关系、成纤维细胞在慢性炎症中的作用机制以及瘘管中成纤维细胞的特殊表现,以期为如何正确调控成纤维细胞从而促进瘘管愈合提供依据。Fistula is any abnormal communication between the two epithelium,long-term difficult to heal,is a chronic inflammation of the persistence of a special performance.The main reason of chronic inflammation is the stimulation of the foreign body in the inner mouth.Understanding the biological characteristics of fibroblasts in fistulas can provide new ideas to shorten the healing time of fistulas and reduce the duration of chronic inflammation.Taking anal fistula as an example,this paper reviews the relationship between fistula and chronic inflammation,the mechanism of fibroblasts in chronic inflammation,and the special features of fibroblasts in fistula,in order to provide clues on how to regulate fibroblasts and promote fistula healing.
