摘 要:目的:观察体外冲击波疗法(extracorporeal shock wave therapy,ESWT)联合运动疗法对上交叉综合征的康复疗效。方法:选取2020年6月至2021年5月上交叉综合征受试者共90例,用随机数字分组法分为对照组和观察组各45例。对照组接受运动疗法治疗,观察组接受ESWT联合运动疗法治疗,两组疗程均为14天。比较两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(visual analog scale,VAS)、颈椎关节活动范围、头颈前伸角度(forward head angle,FHA)和圆肩角度(forward shoulder angle,FSA)。结果:与治疗前比较,两组VAS、FHA和FSA显著降低(P<0.05),颈椎各个方向关节活动范围显著增加(P<0.05)。且观察组VAS、FHA和FSA低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组颈椎各方向关节活动范围均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:ESWT联合运动疗法对缓解患者疼痛、改善颈椎关节活动范围和纠正患者静态头颈部前倾姿势更为显著。Objective:To investigate the effects of extracorporeal shock wave combined with exercise therapy on upper cross syndrome.Methods:A total of 90 subjects with upper crossover syndrome from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 45 cases each.The control group received exercise therapy,while the observation group received ESWT combined with exercise therapy.Both groups had a course of 14 days.Compare the visual analog scale(VAS),cervical joint range of motion,forward head angle(FHA),and forward shoulder angle(FSA)between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,The scores of VAS,FSA and FHA decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the range of motion of cervical joints in all directions increased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).The s-cores of VAS,FSA and FHA decreased more in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the range of motion of cervical joints in all directions increased more in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal sh-ock wave combined with exercise therapy can relieve pain,improve cervical joint range of motion and correct the forward posture of the head and neck in static state more signific-antly in patients with upper cross syndrome.
