摘　　要：躯体化障碍性头痛是与情志相关的常见病种,其症状多样、病情反复,对患者及社会造成一定的心理负担。现代医学治疗方法有限,针刺治疗有一定优势。通过文献研究,追溯躯体化障碍性头痛情志致病的病因病机、经络归经、治疗原则,归纳腧穴及疗法的现代应用,以期总结基于情志理论针刺治疗躯体化障碍性头痛的临床研究规律。Somatization disorder headache is a common emotion-related disease,with various symptoms and repeated illnesses,which cause a certain psychological burden to patients.Modern medical treatment methods are limited,but acupuncture treatment has certain advantages.By studying related literature,this paper traces the source of emotional pathogenesis,meridian relationship,and treatment principles of somatization disorder headache,summarizes the modern research literature on acupoints and therapy as well.The essay looks forward to searching for the clinic principle to guide the use of acupuncture in this disease,at the same time introducing the therapy to the world.
