黄冈地区农村留守妇女更年期现状调查及对策

摘　　要：目的:分析和探讨农村留守妇女更年期现状及应对措施。方法:通过问卷形式对黄冈地区的3016名年龄40~51岁的妇女进行调查,调查内容包括更年期评估、更年期保健知识知晓率及获取保健知识途径等。结果:①农村更年期妇女评估中40~45岁年龄组62.70%有更年期症状,46~51岁年龄组66.32%有更年期症状。②40~45岁年龄组妇女中36.62%知道更年期,31.50%知晓更年期保健知识,36.25%关注营养与运动;46~51岁年龄组妇女中26.15%知道更年期,23.18%知晓更年期保健知识,22.82%关注营养与运动。③40~45岁年龄组妇女中78.3%通过微信抖音,71.29%通过健康宣传栏,64.58%通过网络健康课堂获取保健知识,46~51岁年龄组46.36%微信抖音,40.47%通过健康宣传栏,31.01%通过网络健康课堂获取保健知识。结论:农村妇女更年期症状明显,更年期保健知识知晓率低。因此,应加强对农村留守妇女更年期保健教育,采用微信抖音、健教视频、健康宣传栏等形式进行更年期保健知识宣传,提高自我保健意识。Objective To analyze and explore the status quo of menopause of rural women left behind and countermeasures.Method A total of 3,016 women aged 40~51 in Huanggang were investigated by questionnaire,including menopause assessment,knowledge rate of menopause health care and access to health care knowledge.Results①among rural menopausal women,62.70%of 40~45-year-old group had menopausal symptoms,and 66.32%of 46~51-year-old group had menopausal symptoms.②36.62%of 40~45-year-old women were aware of climacteric,31.50%were aware of climacteric health knowledge,36.25%were concerned about nutrition and exercise,26.15%of 46~51-year-old women were aware of climacteric,23.18%were aware of climacteric health knowledge,22.82%focus on nutrition and exercise.③among 40~45-year-old women,78.3%acquired health knowledge through douyin on Wechat,71.29%through health bulletin board and 64.58%through online health class,Among 46~51-year-old group,46.36%got health knowledge through Weixin Douyin,40.47%through health promotion column and 31.01%through internet health class.Conclusion The climacteric symptoms of Rural Women are obvious,and the knowledge rate of climacteric health care is low.Therefore,we should strengthen the menopause health education for rural women left behind,adopt wechat Douyin,health education video,health promotion column and other forms of menopause health knowledge propaganda,improve self-health awareness.
