摘 要:目的观察增视明目方联合低浓度阿托品治疗儿童假性近视的疗效。方法选取2021年12月至2022年12月于湖南中医药大学第一附属医院眼科门诊收治的假性近视儿童患者100例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患儿予以一般生活干预及0.01%低浓度阿托品滴眼液滴眼,干预组患儿在对照组基础上予以增视明目方口服,在治疗前后,分别采用国际E视力表、检影验光等检测两组患儿裸眼视力、睫状肌麻痹前后屈光度,检测两组患儿眼轴长度、眼压,评估治疗效果。结果治疗3个月后,干预组裸眼视力为(0.89±0.32),显著高于对照组的(0.81±0.30)(t=10.135,P<0.001),干预组治疗后屈光度(睫状肌麻痹后)为(–0.24±0.12)D,显著低于对照组的(–0.27±0.09)D(t=10.526,P<0.001),干预组治疗后眼轴长度为(23.02±0.12)mm,显著低于对照组的(23.34±0.45)mm(t=7.236,P<0.05);干预组总有效率为92.00%,高于对照组的86.00%(χ^(2)=18.422,P<0.05)。结论增视明目方联合低浓度阿托品可对假性近视眼儿童的裸眼视力等有所改善,具有良好的防治效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of zengshi mingmu decoction combined with low concentration atropine in the treatment of children with pseudomyopia Methods A total of 100 children with pseudomyopia treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the objects of this study.They were randomly divided in to intervention group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with general life intervention with 0.01%low concentration atropine eyedrops under the theory.The intervention group was given Zengshi Mingmu decoction orally on this basis.Before and after treatment,the International E visual acuity chart and retinoscopy optometry were used to detect the naked eye vision and diopter before and after ciliary muscle paralysis of the children in the two groups.The axial length and intraocular pressure of the children in the two groups were detected to evaluate the treatment effect,and the treatment effect was evaluated by the TCM syndrome score table.Results After 3 months of treatment,the naked eye vision of the intervention group was(0.89±0.32),significantly higher than that of the control group(0.81±0.30)(t=10.135,P<0.001),the diopter(after cycloplegia)after treatment in the intervention group was(–0.24±0.12)D,significantly lower than that of the control group(–0.27±0.09)D(t=10.526,P<0.001),and the axial length of the intervention group after treatment was(23.02±0.12)mm,significantly lower than that of the control group(23.34±0.45)(t=7.236,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the intervention group was 92.00%,significantly higher than 86.00%of the control group(χ^(2)=18.422,P<0.05).Conclusion Zengshi mingmu decoction combined with low concentration atropine can improve the naked eye vision of children with pseudomyopia,which has good therapeutic effect and is worthy of clinical application.
