摘　　要：目的:进一步验证PedsQL^(TM)3.0患儿生存质量移植模块量表中文版的信效度。方法:选取2016年1月—2021年10月期间在徐州医科大学附属医院成功接受造血干细胞移植的117例急性白血病患儿,根据调查时间分成两组,单日调查的为移植组(n=70),双日调查的为癌症组(n=47),移植组采用PedsQL^(TM)3.0患儿生存质量移植模块量表中文版,癌症组采用PedsQL^(TM)3.0患儿生存质量癌症模块中文版。比较两种量表生存质量的得分情况。结果:将使用PedsQL^(TM)3.0患儿生存质量移植模块量表中文版测评的移植后急性白血病患儿的生存质量与使用PedsQL^(TM)3.0患儿生存质量癌症模块中文版所得出的生存质量进行比较,发现接受造血干细胞移植的急性白血病患儿在造血干细胞移植后4个月使用两种量表调查所得到的分数,家长量表与患儿量表得分均可达到中等偏上(平均分>70分),两种量表相应维度及总表的得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用两种量表得到的造血干细胞移植后急性白血病患儿的生存质量无显著差异,分析进一步提示了该量表的信度、效度良好,可用于造血干细胞移植后生存质量研究。Objective Further verify the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of PedsQL^(TM)3.0 child quality of life transplantation module scale.Methods 117 cases of pediatric acute leukemia patients who underwent successful hematopoietic stem cell transplantation at the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University between January 2016 and October 2021 were chosen.According to the investigation time,they were divided into two groups:the transplantation group(n=70)for single-day surveys and the cancer group(n=47)for alternate-day surveys.The transplantation group utilized the Chinese version of the PedsQL^(TM)3.0 Pediatric Quality of Life Transplant Module Scale,while the cancer group employed the Chinese version of the PedsQL^(TM)3.0 Pediatric Quality of Life Cancer Module Scale.The scores of the two scales were compared to assess the quality of life.Results The quality of life of children with acute leukemia after transplantation evaluated by the Chinese version of the PedsQL^(TM)3.0 child quality of life transplantation module scale was compared with the quality of life obtained by the Chinese version of the PedsQL^(TM)3.0 child quality of life cancer module.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the scores of the corresponding dimensions and the total scale(P>0.05),which further suggested that the scale had good reliability and validity.Conclusion There was no significant difference in the quality of life of children with acute leukemia after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation using the two scales.The analysis further suggests that the reliability and validity of the scale are good and can be used for studying the quality of life after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
