海洋记忆构建视域下海图历史档案多维度征集研究

摘　　要：我国历史上形成的海图档案文献大多散存在国内外相关政府部门、文化机构与个人手中,开展多维度征集工作,有利于汇集档案资源,完整构建与传承海洋历史记忆。论文阐述海图历史档案多维度征集工作基础,及其存在的理论研究缺失、档案保管分散与数字资源建设滞后等问题,通过工作要素分析与线路构建开展顶层设计,从主体、对象、方法与目标方面提出多维度征集与资源共享路径。依托档案馆、图书馆、博物馆、社科院和高校等征集主体,采用文献、实体与数字等多维度征集方法,对国内外散存的多源异构海图历史档案进行征集,可形成档案资源体系,完整构建海洋历史记忆,为海洋治理工作提供档案文化助力。Most of the charts and historical archives formed in the history of China are scattered in the hands of relevant government departments,cultural institutions and individuals at home and abroad.The multi-dimensional collection work is conducive to the collection of archive resources and the complete construction and inheritance of marine historical memories.The paper expounds the basis of multi-dimensional collection of charts and historical archives,as well as the existing problems such as the lack of theoretical research,the dispersion of archives custody and the lag of digital resources construction.It carries out top-level design through the analysis of work elements and the construction of lines,and proposes the realization path of multi-dimensional collection and resource sharing of charts and historical archives from the perspective of subject,object,method and target.
