摘 要:以寒冷地区某高校图书馆建筑为例,研究了冬季室内热环境采用空气温度及操作温度2种控制方式时的热舒适及能耗情况。主要以阅览室空间为例,对围护结构表面温度以及室内外空气温湿度进行了现场测试。实测发现阅览室操作温度分布不均匀,热舒适性存在区域性差异。基于操作温度的分布,将阅览室分为4个区域,并基于不同区域的空气温度和操作温度为输入信号,提出了相应的热环境控制方式。在验证模型准确性的基础上,利用DesignBuilder软件进行了室内各控制方式下的模拟研究,分析了各区域的热环境舒适性及能耗情况。对各控制方式下的室内舒适性及能耗进行了对比,以综合不满意率PPDz<27%(-1<PMV<1)作为评价原则,确定了满足基本热舒适需求前提下能耗最低的控制方式。通过对采暖季的模拟,确定了不同控制方式之间切换时的室外温度(切换边界温度),并提出了更便于实现的简化控制方式。With a library building of a university in the cold region as the research subject,the thermal comfort of the indoor thermal environment and energy consumption in winter were studied based on two thermal control parameters of air temperature and operative temperature.Taking the reading room as an example,a field test was made to test the surface temperature of the envelope structures,the air temperature,and the relative humidity both indoors and outdoors.The results show that the distribution of operative temperature is uneven,and there are differences between different zones in thermal comfort.Based on the distribution of operative temperature,the reading room was divided into four zones.Based on the input signal of air temperature and operative temperature from different zones,the corresponding thermal environment control methods were proposed.After verifying the accuracy of the model,the simulation research under various indoor control modes was made using DesignBuilder.Through simulation,the thermal comfort and energy consumption of each zone were analyzed.The general indoor thermal comfort and energy consumption under different control modes were compared.By setting the comprehensive percentage of people dissatisfied(PPDz)less than 27%(-1<PMV<1)as the goal,the control mode with the lowest energy use was determined.Through the simulation of the heating season,the outdoor temperature boundaries for control model changing(switching boundary temperatures)were determined to satisfy the need for thermal comfort under different outdoor temperature conditions.Simplified control methods were also proposed to make the control strategy more convenient and to reduce energy consumption.
