摘 要:在大力推行健康建筑的背景下,节律照明设计成为影响人们健康的重要因素。探讨建筑空间节律照明对健康的影响,已成为建筑光学领域的前沿课题之一。通过计量分析方法对文献的发展趋势、研究热点进行了梳理,从研究空间、数据获取方法等方面对该领域的研究内容进行了总结和分析,并对当前的研究进展进行了剖析与反思。研究发现:1)在建筑空间中利用非视觉潜力的照明实践相对有限,应开展在天然光与人工照明融合光照条件下的实证研究,推进真实环境健康照明的实践应用;2)以整体空间照度或光谱功率分布等平均值的评估方法过于笼统,需结合个体、动态数据制定精细化照明策略,监测并可视化空间具体位置的动态数据;3)节律照明设计对于人工照明的调节和能源消耗的影响尚不清晰,应兼顾健康、节能双重目标构建智能照明系统,将“节律照明”理念纳入建筑空间健康照明设计中。以期为“健康中国”和“双碳”背景下建筑光学领域的实证研究提供参考。In the context of actively promoting Healthy Buildings,circadian lighting design has become an important factor affecting people's health.Study the impact of circadian lighting in architectural spaces on health has become one of the frontier topics in architectural lighting.This paper reviewed the development trends and research hotspots of the literature through econometric analysis,summarized and analyzed the research content from the aspects of research space and data collection methods,and reflected on the current research progress.The results show that:1)The practice of using non⁃visual potential lighting in architectural spaces is relatively limited.Empirical research should be carried out under the combination of daylight and electric light conditions to promote the application of healthy lighting in real environments;2)The evaluation method using the average value of overall spatial illuminance or spectral power distribution is too general.It is necessary to formulate refined lighting strategies based on individual and dynamic data,and monitor and visualize the dynamic data of specific spatial locations;3)The impact of circadian lighting design on the regulation of electric light and energy consumption is still unclear.The smart lighting system should consider both health and energy saving,and the concept of"circadian lighting"should be incorporated into the healthy lighting design of architectural spaces.This paper aims to provide a reference for empirical research in architectural lighting in the context of"Healthy China"and"Carbon Peak and Neutrality".
