摘　　要：警卫人员作为党和人民的忠诚卫士,其政治素质是否过硬,能否坚决执行党中央的决议,直接关系到党和国家领导人的切身安全。二十一世纪,国际关系瞬息万变,给警卫人员的思想政治教育工作带来了新的挑战。一方面西方国家利用政治、经济、文化等多方面的手段加紧了对我国的渗透,另一方面警卫部队的改制也造成了人员一定的思想波动,因此,提高警卫人员思想政治教育工作质量已经成为了一个刻不容缓的课题。本文分析了新形势下警卫思想政治教育工作面临的挑战,探析了搞好新时期思想政治工作的时代意义,剖析了当前的问题,并提出了丰富教育内容、改进教育手段、培育教育主体、狠抓教育落实等四个方面的应对措施。As loyal guardians of the Party and the people,whether security personnel have strong political qualities and can resolutely implement the decisions of the Party Central Committee is directly related to the personal safety of the Party and state leaders.In the stormy 21st century,international forces are constantly changing,and international relations are constantly changing.The new situation has brought new challenges to the ideological and political education work of security personnel.On the one hand,Western countries have intensified their infiltration into China through various means such as politics,economy,and culture.On the other hand,the restructuring of the security forces has also caused certain ideological fluctuations among personnel.In addition,the actual work has put forward higher requirements for security personnel,and improving the quality of ideological and political education work for security personnel has.become an urgent issue.This article first analyzes the challenges faced by the ideological and political education work of security guards in the new situation,and then explores the significance of doing a good job in ideological and political work in the new era.It analyzes the current problems,and finally provides four response measures:enriching educational content,improving educational methods,cultivating educational subjects,and vigorously implementing education.
