摘　　要：公安机关是政治机关,政治属性是第一属性。公安群众工作作为公安工作的重要组成部分,是党的群众观点和群众路线在公安机关的贯彻落实,必须要深刻领会和把握以人民为中心的发展思想同公安群众工作之间的内在逻辑关系,坚持以人民幸福为价值追求,以人民拥护为坚实依靠,以人民满意为根本标准,积极探索新时代公安群众工作的实践路径。Public security organs are political organs,with political attributes being the primary attribute.As an important part of public security work,public security mass work is the implementation of the Party's mass view and Mass line in public security organs.We must deeply understand and grasp the internal logical relationship between the people centered development thought and public security mass work,adhere to the pursuit of people's happiness as the value,take people's support as the solid basis,and take people's satisfaction as the fundamental standard,Actively exploring the practical path of public security mass work in the new era.
