腹腔镜下与开腹全子宫切除术治疗妇科良性疾病的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下与开腹全子宫切除术治疗妇科良性疾病的应用效果。方法选取本院收治的290例妇科良性疾病患者为研究对象,按照不同手术方式分为对照组(90例)和试验组(200例)。对照组采用开腹全子宫切除术,试验组采用腹腔镜下全子宫切除术,比较两组的手术相关指标、生活质量及并发症发生情况。结果试验组平均出血量少于对照组,首次肛门排气时间、平均住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后3个月,试验组生活质量各维度评分高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜下全子宫切除术治疗妇科良性疾病,手术创伤小,出血量少,并发症发生率低,对术后康复有积极意义。Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic and open total hysterectomy in the treatment of gynecological benign diseases.Methods 290 patients with benign gynecological diseases admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and divided into a control group(90 cases)and an experimental group(200 cases)according to different surgical methods.The control group was treated with open total hysterectomy,and the test group was treated with laparoscopic total hysterectomy.The operation related indicators,quality of life and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The average bleeding volume in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the first anal exhaust time and average hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);Three months after surgery,the quality of life scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group in all dimensions,and the incidence of complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic total hysterectomy for benign gynecological diseases has the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding and low complication rate,which is of positive significance for postoperative rehabilitation.
