摘  要:目的 探讨宫颈球囊扩张术联合缩宫素在足月引产中的应用效果。方法 选取本院100例足月引产产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组采用缩宫素引产,试验组采用宫颈球囊扩张术联合缩宫素引产,比较两组的产妇Bishop评分和新生儿Apgar评分。结果 试验组的产妇Bishop评分为(10.51±1.65)分,明显高于对照组的(9.37±2.25)分(P<0.05);试验组的新生儿出生后1、5、10 min的Apgar评分分别为(9.05±0.32)分、(9.21±0.21)分、(9.62±0.17)分,明显高于对照组的(8.81±0.54)分、(8.99±0.50)分、(9.54±0.11)分(P<0.05)。结论 宫颈球囊扩张术联合缩宫素在足月引产中效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of cervical balloon dilation combined with oxytocin in term induced labor.Methods 10o full-term induced labor postpartum women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received oxytocin induced abortion,while the experimental group received cervical balloon dilation combined with oxytocin induced abortion.The Bishop scores of the pregnant women and the Apgar scores of the newborns were compared between the two groups.Results The Bishop score of the experimental group was(10.51±1.65)points,significantly higher than the control group's(9.37±2.25)points(P<0.05);The Apgar scores of newborns in the experimental group at 1,5,and 10 minutes after birth were(9.05±0.32)points,(9.21±0.21)points,and(9.62±0.17)points,respectively,significantly higher than the control group's(8.81±0.54)points,(8.99±0.50)points,and(9.54±0.11)points(P<0.05).Conclusion Cervical balloon dilation combined with oxytocin has a significant effect on induction of full term labor and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
