早期心理干预联合产后康复按摩对下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果

摘　　要：目的探讨早期心理干预联合产后康复按摩对下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果。方法选取本院70例产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各35例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用早期心理干预联合产后康复按摩。比较两组心理状态、下肢深静脉血栓发生情况及凝血指标。结果干预后,观察组焦虑、抑郁、压力及DASS-21总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为11.43%,低于对照组的37.14%(P<0.05);干预后,观察组纤维蛋白原降解产物、D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组,凝血酶原时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期心理干预联合产后康复按摩,可降低产妇下肢深静脉血栓发生率,改善产妇心理状态及凝血指标。Objective To effect of early psychological intervention combined with postpartum rehabilitation massage on the prevention of lower limb deep vein thrombosis.Methods 70 pregnant women in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,while the observation group received early psychological intervention combined with postpartum rehabilitation massage.The psychological status,the occurrence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis and coagulation indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the anxiety,depression,stress,and total DASS-21 scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After the intervention,the incidence of lower limb Deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was 11.43%,lower than 37.14%in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the levels of fibrinogen degradation products,D-dimer and fibrinogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the prothrombin time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early psychological intervention combined with postpartum rehabilitation massage can reduce the incidence of lower limb deep vein thrombosis in puerpera,and improve their psychological status and coagulation indicators.
