硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的效果。方法 选取本院收治的72例复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组采用硝酸咪康唑栓治疗,试验组采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、症状积分及不良反应发生情况。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为97.22%,显著高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组阴道瘙痒、阴道分泌物增多、阴道黏膜充血性水肿、排尿痛积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率为2.78%,显著低于对照组的16.67%(P<0.05)。结论 硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软膏治疗复发性外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病,能明显改善症状积分,疗效显著且不良反应发生率低,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of nifurtil nystatin vaginal ointment in the treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis.Methods 72 patients with recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis admitted to our hospital were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with miconazole nitrate suppository,and the test group was treated with nifurtel nystatin vaginal ointment.The therapeutic effects,symptom scores and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 97.22%,significantly higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the scores of vaginal pruritus,vaginal discharge increase,vaginal mucosa congestion edema and urination pain in the test group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 2.78%,significantly lower than the 16.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis with nifurtil and nystatin vaginal ointment can significantly improve symptom scores,have a significant therapeutic effect,and have a low incidence of adverse reactions.It is worth promoting and applying.
