氟康唑片、克霉唑阴道片联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨氟康唑片、克霉唑阴道片联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎的临床效果。方法选取104例复发性霉菌性阴道炎患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为两组,各52例。对照组采用氟康唑片、克霉唑阴道片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,比较两组的治疗效果、临床症状消失时间、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为98.08%,显著高于对照组的82.69%(P<0.05);治疗组的外阴瘙痒红肿、排尿疼痛、腰部疼痛症状消失时间和白带恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的不良反应发生率及治疗后第4、6、12个月的复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟康唑片、克霉唑阴道片联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗复发性霉菌性阴道炎,临床效果显著,可明显缩短临床症状消失时间,并降低不良反应发生率和远期复发率。Objective To explore the clinical effect of fluconazole tablets,clotrimazole vaginal tablets and lactobacillus vaginal capsules in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis.Methods 104 patients with recurrent mycotic vaginitis were selected as the study objects.and were divided into two groups according to the random number table,52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluconazole tablets and clotrimazole vaginal tablets,and the treatment group was treated with lactobacilus vaginal capsules on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,clinical symptom disappearance time,adverse reaction rate and recurrence rate of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.08%,significantly higher than 82.69%in the control group(P<0.05);The treatment group had shorter time for the disappearance of symptoms such as itching,redness,urination pain,and lower back pain in the external genitalia,as well as shorter time for the recovery of vaginal discharge to normal compared to the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rates at 4,6,and 12 months after treatment in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fluconazole tablets,clotrimazole vaginal tablets and lactobacillus vaginal capsules have significant clinical effects in the treatment of recurrent fungal vaginitis,which can significantly shorten the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and long-term recurrence rate.
