摘　　要：目的探讨阴道炎5项联合定性检测在白带常规检验中的应用价值。方法选取本院120例需行常规白带检验的患者为研究对象,采用随机分组原则分成两组,各60例。对照组采用显微镜法,探讨组采用阴道炎5项联合定性检测法,比较两组的检测结果及白带清洁度。结果探讨组细菌性阴道炎、滴虫、念珠菌检出率高于对照组,差异有统计学有意义(P<0.05);两组白带清洁度结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论妇科白带常规检验中,采用阴道炎5项联合定性检测的应用效果较好,细菌性阴道炎、滴虫、念珠菌检出率较高,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application value of five combined qualitative tests of vaginitis in routine examination of leucorrhea.Methods 120 patients who required routine vaginal discharge tests in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into two groups,with 60 patients in each group.The control group used microscope method,and the study group used five joint qualitative tests of vaginitis to compare the test results and the cleanness of leucorrhea between the two groups.Results The detection rate of bacterial vaginitis,trichomonas and candida in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in the cleanliness results between the two groups of vaginal discharge(P>0.05).Conclusion In the routine examination of gynecological leucorrhea,the combined qualitative detection of five items of vaginitis has a good effect,and the detection rate of bacterial vaginitis,trichomonas,and candida is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
