D-二聚体和凝血4项检测在孕晚期妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析D-二聚体和凝血4项检测在孕晚期妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇中的应用价值。方法选取孕晚期妊娠期高血压疾病孕妇24例(高血压组)、健康孕妇24例(健康组)为研究对象,均进行D-二聚体和凝血4项检测,比较两组的检测相关指标水平。结果高血压组D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原水平高于健康组,活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间短于健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论D-二聚体与凝血4项可以作为孕晚期孕妇妊娠期高血压疾病的检测手段,临床可根据检测结果进行筛选,从而予以更有效、更针对性的干预治疗,对预防产后出血及血栓有重要价值。Objective To analyze the application value of D-dimer and blood coagulation in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in the third trimester.Methods 24 pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in the third trimester(hypertension group)and 24 healthy pregnant women(healthy group)were selected as the research objects,and D-dimer and four blood coagulation were detected in each group.Results The levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen in the hypertensive group were higher than those in the healthy group,and the activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time were shorter than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).Conclusion The examinations of D-dimer and four blood coagulation can be used as the detection means of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy in the third trimester of pregnancy.Clinical screening can be based on examination results,so as to give more effective and targeted intervention treatment,which has important value in preventing postpartum bleeding and thrombosis.
