阶段性持续健康教育在剖宫产护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的评价阶段性持续健康教育在剖宫产护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院68名剖宫产产妇为研究对象,随机分为两组,各34名。对照组开展常规护理干预,观察组开展阶段性持续健康宣教,比较两组的护理满意度及术后相关指标。结果观察组护理满意度为97.06%,显著高于对照组的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组排气时间、下床时间、每日母乳喂养时间、住院时间分别为(21.06±2.02)h、(18.45±1.77)h、(28.41±2.75)h、(5.11±0.51)d,均短于对照组的(35.45±3.26)h、(29.62±2.86)h、(43.22±4.35)h、(7.36±0.76)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产护理阶段开展阶段性持续健康教育,能显著提高产妇的护理满意度,促进术后康复。Objective To evaluate the effect of phased continuous health education in the nursing of caesarean section.Methods 68 parturients of caesarean section in our hospital were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups,34 in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observer group received periodic continuous health education.The nursing satisfaction and postoperative related indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction rate of the observer group was 97.06%,significantly higher than that of the control group(79.41%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);The exhaust time,bedtime,daily breastfeeding time,and hospitalization time of the observer group were(21.06±2.02)hours,(18.45±1.77)hours,(28.41±2.75)hours,and(5.11±0.51)days,respectively,which were shorter than the control group's(35.45±3.26)hours,(29.62±2.86)hours,(43.22±4.35)hours,and(7.36±0.76)days,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged continuous health education in the nursing stage of caesarean section can significantly improve the satisfaction of the pregnant women in nursing and promote their postoperative recovery.
