协同护理对宫颈癌术后患者自我管理能力、生活质量、护理满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨协同护理对宫颈癌术后患者自我管理能力、生活质量、护理满意度的影响。方法选择本院收治的52例宫颈癌手术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各26例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用协同护理,比较两组的自我管理能力、生活质量及护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组健康知识、自我责任、自我概念、自护技能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生理、情感、功能、社会与家庭、宫颈癌特异模块评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组、对照组护理满意度分别为96.15%、76.92%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论协同护理应用于宫颈癌术后患者中,可以提高患者的自我管理能力、生活质量与护理满意度,从而促进术后康复,值得推广。ObjectiveTo explore the impact of collaborative nursing on self-management ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of postoperative cervical cancer patients.Methods 52 cervical cancer surgical patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 26 patients in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received collaborative care.The self-management ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of health knowledge,self-responsibility,self-concept,and self-care skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The scores of physiological,emotional,functional,social and family,and cervical cancer specific modules in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The nursing satisfaction of observation group and control group was 96.15%and 76.92%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of collaborative nursing in postoperative patients with cervical cancer can improve their self-management ability,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction,thereby promoting postoperative recovery and is worth promoting.
