外固定架结合补肾壮骨中药治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察外固定架结合补肾壮骨中药治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将60例不稳定型桡骨远端骨折患者分为治疗组、对照组各30例。对照组采用切开复位钢板内固定治疗,治疗组采用外固定架结合补肾壮骨类中药治疗。比较2组临床疗效、手术时间、骨折愈合时间;比较2组治疗前后桡骨远端高度、中医证候评分。结果:治疗组优良率为90.00%,高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05)。2组治疗1 d、4周、8周、3个月后桡骨远端高度均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组治疗8周、3个月后桡骨远端高度高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组手术时间、骨折愈合时间均较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。结论:外固定架结合补肾壮骨类中药治疗不稳定型桡骨远端骨折疗效确切,能够改善患者的腕关节功能,缩短骨折愈合时间。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of external fixators combined with Bushen Zhuangu Prescription for unstable distal radius fractures.Methods:A total of 60 cases of patients with unstable distal radius fractures were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation with steel plate,and the treatment group was treated with external fixators combined with Bushen Zhuangu Prescription.Clinical effects,operation duration,and the healing time of fractures were compared between the two groups.Distal radius height and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good rate was 90.00%in the treatment group,higher than that of 83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The distal radius heights after treatment for 1 day,4 weeks,8 weeks,and 3 months in the two groups were higher than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the distal radius heights after treatment for 8 weeks and 3 months in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Operation duration and the healing time of fractures in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External fixators combined with Bushen Zhuangu Prescription has a definite curative effect in the treatment of unstable distal radius fractures and can improve the function of wrist joints and shorten the healing time of fractures.
