针刀刺营疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察针刀刺营疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎的临床效果。方法:采用随机数字表法将83例慢性肥厚性咽炎患者分为治疗组(42例)与对照组(41例)。治疗组给予针刀刺营疗法治疗,对照组给予西药超声雾化治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、炎症因子、T淋巴细胞亚群水平,评估2组临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率97.62%,高于对照组80.49%(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分(咽部异物感、黏膜充血、干痒、肿胀、灼热、疼痛)及C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子-α (TNF-α)水平均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后炎症因子、中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后CD4^(+)水平及治疗组CD3^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均高于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗前后CD8^(+)水平及对照组治疗前后CD3^(+)水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:针刀刺营疗法治疗慢性肥厚性咽炎疗效确切,能提高机体免疫功能,降低患者炎症因子水平,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of blood-letting acupuncture on chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis.Methods:A total of 83 patients with chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis were divided into the treatment group(42 cases)and the control group(41 cases)by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with therapy of blood-letting acupuncture,and the control group was treated with ultrasonic atomization with western medicine.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subsets were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;the clinical effects and occurrence of adverse reactions were also evaluated.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 97.62%in the treatment group,higher than that of 80.49%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores,including pharyngeal foreign body sensation,mucosal congestion,dry itching,swelling,burning and pain,and the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-2(IL-2)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of inflammatory factors and TCM syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD4^(+)in the two groups and the levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the treatment group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the comparison of the level of CD8^(+)before and after treatment between the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the comparison of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the control group before and after treatment(P>0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:The therapy of blood-letting acupuncture has a definite therapeutic effect on chronic hypertrophic pharyngitis,which can improve the immune function and reduce th
