远红外磁疗贴配合中药脐疗治疗血虚肠燥型卒中后便秘临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察远红外磁疗贴配合中药脐疗治疗血虚肠燥型卒中后便秘的临床疗效。方法:采用随机数字表法将96例血虚肠燥型卒中后便秘患者分为观察组、对照组各48例。对照组给予乳果糖口服溶液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予远红外磁疗贴配合中药脐疗治疗。比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分、便秘症状严重程度量表(CCS)、胃肠道生活质量指数(GIQLI)评分;比较2组首次排便时间、临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组总有效率93.75%,高于对照组77.08%(P<0.05),首次排便时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候积分、CCS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),GIQLI评分升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分、CCS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),GIQLI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:远红外磁疗贴配合中药脐疗治疗血虚肠燥型卒中后便秘疗效确切,能够有效改善患者便秘症状,提高生活质量,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of far-infrared magnetic therapy paste combined with Chinese medicine navel therapy for constipation after stroke of blood deficiency and intestinal dryness type.Methods:A total of 96 cases of patients with constipation after stroke of blood deficiency and intestinal dryness type were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Lactulose Oral Solution,and the observation group was additionally treated with far-infrared magnetic therapy paste combined with Chinese medicine navel therapy based on the treatment of the control group.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,and the scores of Constipation Severity Scale(CSS)and Gastrointestinal Quality of Life Index(GIQLI)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups;the first defecation time,the clinical effects,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 93.75%in the observation group,higher than that of 77.08%in the control group(P<0.05);the first defecation time was shortened when compared with that control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores and CSS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and GIQLI scores were increased(P<0.05);the TCM syndrome score and CSS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the GIQLI score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Far-infrared magnetic therapy paste combined with Chinese medicine navel therapy has a definite curative in the treatment of constipation after stroke of blood deficiency and intestinal dryness type,which can effectively improve the symptoms of constipation and the quality of life,with good safety.
